Terms of Service

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us immediately at support@fabriqdesk.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

FabriqDesk is offered on a subscription basis. By selecting a plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. All fees are in USD and are non-refundable except as required by law.

Free trial: New accounts receive a 90-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to continue using the Service.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. We use Stripe to process payments securely.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access until that date.

Price changes: We may change subscription fees with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit harmful, fraudulent, or misleading content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service ("Customer Data"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your Customer Data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service and your Customer Data complies with all applicable laws.

We aim to provide a reliable Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect.

You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. You may export your data before termination; we will retain it for 30 days after termination before deletion.
